Return & Refund Policy

At Squeeqi Ninja, every item is made to order just for you.

Because of this, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for:

- Incorrect size ordered
- Buyer’s remorse
- Color or design preference changes
- Orders placed by mistake
- Incorrect shipping address entered at checkout

Each item is produced specifically for you once your order is placed.

Issues We Will Resolve

We will gladly provide a replacement or refund if your item:

- Arrives damaged
- Has a manufacturing or printing defect
- Is incorrect, such as the wrong item being sent

How to Report an Issue

If there is a problem with your order, please contact us within 3 days of delivery, or up to 7 days for damaged items.

Please include:

- Your order number
- Clear photos of the item
- Photos of the packaging, if applicable
- A brief description of the issue

Additional Notes

We do not require items to be returned in most cases because print-on-demand products cannot be restocked.

Refunds or replacements are reviewed case by case.

If an issue is approved, we will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
